Made entirely to order. Production begins after your order is placed, and the item is delivered once it is completed.
As each piece is crafted by an artisan who cuts the leather from scratch and completes it entirely by hand, delivery takes approximately 2 months, and in some cases around 4–6 months. Depending on the lead time for leather and clasps, it may take even longer. Please allow plenty of time when placing your order.
In addition, as the number of pieces that can be made each month is limited, sales are limited in quantity each month.
Furthermore, no matter how urgent your request, we cannot change the order of production as long as there are customers waiting ahead of you. Please understand this before placing your order.

• As the pieces are hand-stitched and the thread is impregnated with wax, the colour of the thread may appear different.
• Clasps acquire dents and scratches during the manufacturing process. For notes regarding scratches and dents on the clasp, please refer to this page 🔗.
• During production, we wear gloves and apply protective tape to avoid scratches as much as possible.
• As shrink leather is used, the stamping may appear unclear.
• Leather, too, has a lifespan. With careful handling, it can be used for a long time.

• As the images show a sample product, there may be slight changes to specifications and the like. We appreciate your understanding.
• Due to the photography environment and the characteristics of displays, the colour of the product may differ slightly from the actual item. Please understand in advance that colour may vary depending on your monitor settings and viewing environment.
• Should its intellectual property—a vital corporate asset—be infringed by a third party, whether through patent infringement, counterfeiting, or otherwise, VOUIVRE will respond firmly, including through measures such as warnings and legal action.

This is a leather that rarely changes colour significantly with age even after long-term use, and it is resistant to scratches, so maintenance such as applying oil is generally unnecessary.
Regular brushing and gentle wiping with a soft, dry cloth are enough to keep it looking beautiful.
If it becomes soiled, gently wipe it clean with a non-alcohol wet wipe or the like, then wipe it dry with a soft cloth.
Please refrain from applying too much cream or oil, as this can spoil the natural character of the leather.
