Delivery Time

As all items are made entirely to order, each piece is shipped once it is completed.
Please note that each piece is crafted by an artisan who cuts the leather from scratch and completes it entirely by hand. Delivery takes a considerable amount of time, so please place your order with this in mind. (Estimate: from 2 months; depending on circumstances, approximately 4–6 months.)

Returns & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, changes and cancellations cannot be accepted.
Please note that requests made after 7 days cannot be accommodated. If you receive a defective item or a product that differs from your order, please contact us via the "Contact Form" within 7 days of receiving the item.
