Returns and cancellations cannot be accepted, except in the case of a defective item or an incorrect delivery.

If you receive a defective item or a product that differs from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that we are unable to respond to requests made after 7 days.

We will cover the shipping costs associated with such returns. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has arrived, according to your payment method.
